1. The Aqua Pura On Pack Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees or direct family members of an employee of Roxane UK Ltd, The Individual Agency Ltd, PGL Travel Ltd, Refresh PR or anyone professionally associated with the Prize Draw in any way.
2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and purchase of an Aqua Pura product purchase is not required, but consumers need internet access and/or a device with a camera to scan the QR code and complete the form on the website.
3. Prize Draw Period: between 00:01 on 01.05.2023 to 23:59 on 31.10.2023, entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. To Enter:
   1. Scan the QR code or visit aquapura.com/win to load the Aqua Pura PURAdventures Prize Draw landing page.
   2. Enter with your full name, email address and answer one simple question in order to be able to enter the Prize Draw to win one of the 26 PGL vouchers and/or an Instant Win Prize.
5. There is no maximum entry throughout the period of the Prize Draw.
6. Participating Products: Aqua Pura 12x500ml Still, Aqua Pura 24x500ml Still, Aqua Pura 5L Still.
7. The Prize: The winners will receive a PGL holiday voucher and/or an Instant Win Prize.
8. The Holiday Voucher: the holiday voucher prize winners will receive either: (i)1x £2,000 PGL holiday voucher; or (ii) 1x PGL family activity day voucher for up to 4 people.
   1. £2,000 PGL holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards PGL Kids’ Adventure Camps, Family Adventure Holidays and Family Activity Days in the UK only. Bookings are subject to PGL’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found online or can be sent on request by a member of our customer team. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively. Voucher cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
   2. PGL family activity day voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards a Family Activity Day for up to four people only. Bookings are subject to PGL’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found online or can be sent on request by a member of our customer team. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively. Voucher cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
9. The Instant Win Prize: The instant win prize winners will receive either: (i) Aqua Pura merchandise; (ii) an Aqua Pura product; or (iii) fitness / outdoor related products or vouchers.
10. Promoter: The Promoter is Aqua Pura, Roxane UK Ltd, Lichfield WS13 8EW.
11. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    1. Prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.
    2. The winner of a Holiday Voucher is randomly selected by a secure computer-generated algorithm every week of the Prize Draw Period. The winners of the Instant Win Prize are selected by a secure computer-generated algorithm, with a minimum of 1 winner every day.
    3. The Holiday Voucher will be emailed to the winner with details on how to claim.
    4. The Instant Win Prize is a physical product that will be sent to the winner via a tracked courier service.
    5. Winners are responsible for providing correct delivery details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prizes which are delivered incorrectly as a result.
    6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
12. Winner Selection: There are 26 Holiday Vouchers available to be won from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The Instant Win Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value. The Instant Win Prize won by each winner will be determined at the discretion of the Promotor.
13. Winner Notification: For the Holiday Voucher prizes, the winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 7 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prizes, within 14 days of initial contact. If the winners do not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. For the Instant Win Prizes, the winner will be notified immediately after entering, via the same website they entered. Details of how Instant Win Prize can be redeemed will be provided once the winner has been notified of the prize.
14. The Holiday Voucher prizes are supplied by PGL Travel Ltd, Alton Court, Penyard Lane, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 5GL (“PGL”).
15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicated that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the surname and country of residence of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to Roxane Ltd, Lichfield WS13 8EW, or emailing aquapura@sources-alma.com within 3 months of the end of the Prize Draw Period.
16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation such as cash. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
17. If the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or invalidate any affected entries.
18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the website.
19. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with anyone else including PGL. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter.
20. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Prize Draw. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
22. The decision of the Promotor regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
23. In so far as is permitted by law the Promoter, its agents or distributors do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death or for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or as a result of enjoying the prize won in this Prize Draw, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents or distributors or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
24. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Prize Draw. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Prize Draw in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Prize Draw, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Disposable or Mailinator.
25. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms and Conditions If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Prize Draw and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against the Promoter. and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against the Promoter.
27. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
28. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Prize Draw will be used solely for the purpose of this Prize Draw by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Prize Draw on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://aqua-pura.com/legal/.
29. The personal information supplied by entrants when entering the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here https://aqua-pura.com/legal/. You should always read our Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the Prize Draw and winners consent to give their name and country for the winners’ list in line with clause 12 above. If you object to any or all of your surname country and winning entry being published or made available please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. You may have your details removed from our database by contacting us or via the unsubscribe messages in the emails sent by us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Prize Draw and/or award of the Prize(s), you will forfeit your right to claim any Prizes.
30. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and affect the remainder of the provisions.
31. By entering this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
32. If a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the details in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms and Conditions will prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and all entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
